At TAMAZIGHT, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tamazight.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at contact@tamazight.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
